Dark garnet color. On the nose, youthful, medium intensity, black cherry, black plum,pepper, perfume, old tire, some oak, with no earth to speak to. On the palate, dry, medium+ intensity, big bright black fruit explosion, with subtle spice, bright acidity, medium tannins, moderate finish. This is one of the rare occasions I would that a bit more oak might make this a bit more interesting.
