This is a reminder of how good White Burgundy can be, but on sale at $56, it better deliver. On the nose, youthful but earthy, lots of wet stone, gun flint, minerality, integrated fruit, apple, pear, and woodspice. On the palate, dry, juicy fruit balanced with stone and minerals, great depth, and beautiful finish. This will age nicely, and continue to evolve.
