Of course I know that dessert wines are like candy for the palate, and it’s hard to critique something so lovable as ice wine.
Seriously, this producer has been kicking some ice wine ass for quite a while.
Great color, med+ intensity, reminds me more of apple juice. On the nose, honey, dried apricots, super ripe apple, vinyl(beach ball style).
On the palate, sweet all the way, heavenly gushing apricot, on a bed of honey, a bit of petrol,
med+ body, med+ finish. This is a wine thats really hard to complain about.
