Recently in Chablis Category

Varietally sound Chablis, apple and pear, lots of wet stone, not oaky, some breadiness, but the dominant characteristic was oyster shells. Great summer deck wine, for its crisp acidity. I always have an oyster shucker ready for these occasions.
